4. Continuously track industry trends, propose innovative design solutions, and enrich the game's visual expression.
1. Solid drawing foundation, acute sense of color, rich imagination, high aesthetic ability, capable of independently completing high-quality works as required.
2. 3+ years of game character concept design experience, with experience in European and American market game projects.
3. Proficient in hero design, able to design European and American characters that are both realistic and highly recognizable.
4. Possess a spirit of collaboration, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, maintain a learning spirit, and able to quickly adjust design solutions based on feedback.
5. Deep understanding of gangster themes, European and American crime culture, and street style; relevant work experience preferred.
6. Experience with AI character implementation preferred. (Resume should show AI implementation process, separate from hand-drawn works)
