2. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate requirements to upstream and downstream technical colleagues, and follow up on the final implementation effect of characters.
3. Have a certain management awareness, and be able to assist in guiding and providing feedback on character performance-related content (e.g., illustrations, promotional art).
4. Understand the art trends in European, American, and global mainstream markets, pay attention to industry dynamics, and ensure art quality.
5. Optimize character and art expressiveness based on user feedback and market research results to enhance user experience.
6. Experience in pipelines and outsourcing follow-up is a plus, and certain experience in sculpting and expressive work (e.g., illustrations, promotional art) is also a plus.
1. Familiarity with the Dislyte project art style and understanding of European and American anime aesthetic pain points is required.
2. Love games, understand mythology and culture of various countries, and have knowledge of trend culture are preferred.
3. At least 5 years of experience in character original art positions, with experience in original art design for 3D projects.
4. Solid drawing foundation, keen sense of color, rich imagination, and high aesthetic ability.
5. Strong setting ability and narrative sense, accurately conveying character background, emotions, and strengthening character design features.
6. Good communication, coordination, and expression skills, teamwork spirit, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain pressure, and maintain a learning spirit.
7. Proficient in common art software tools such as Sai and PS.
