Job Description

1. Proficiently design according to the overall project requirements and style. Also, based on existing designs, elaborate and implement designs to facilitate subsequent work. Responsible for various aspects of game original art, including character illustrations, character model design, Q-version emojis, and other dimensions of work;

2. Proficiently cooperate with team work, accept work arrangements, possess strong style adaptability, and need to quickly adapt to and align with the project's art style. Do not delay submissions, maintain steady project development;

3. Able to establish art AI tool workflow standards according to project requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent modeling design ability, including the summarization and application of design language, possessing art-related knowledge, and a solid foundation;

2. 2-4 years or more of original art work experience, outstanding hand-drawing ability, capable of designing character original art according to text requirements and refining with high precision, possessing certain CG atmosphere ability;

3. Able to adapt to various styles, possess high aesthetic sense, have unique insights and ideas, and be competent in high-completion creation;

4. Proficient in work-related software such as Photoshop, SAI2, Blender, proficient in using various AI auxiliary tools like MJ, SD, and proficient in using lora models of various styles;

5. Have some understanding and relevant project work experience in Western fantasy and Japanese/Korean styles;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, high work commitment, quick feedback and response, able to provide reasonable solutions, communicate and cooperate with R&D upstream and downstream, and cooperate with the team to achieve goals;

7. Accept art style tests.

Bonus Points:

1. Deep understanding and experience in various art-related AI tool workflows, proficient in using various AI auxiliary tools like MJ, SD, Doubao, Jimeng, proficient in using lora models of various styles, and high enthusiasm for exploring AI tools.

2. Preference for those with complete practical cases of building art AI tool workflow standards or who have established feasible art AI automated workflow solutions.
