As our Corporate Affairs Transport & Logistic Analyst, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Corporate Affairs wheel of the On-Demand Services (ODS) in GoTo Group. Corporate Affairs ODS team lies under the Public Affairs & Communications department in GoTo where the core responsibility is managing various product portfolios, including but not limited to GoRide, GoCar, GoTransit, GoSend and GoBox. You will play a crucial role in spearheading our product communications efforts in the fast-paced and ever-evolving on-demand services landscape. In this role, you’ll be involved in all communications initiatives in reinforcing the company's and product’s mission to the public, especially customers. You will be excited about scaling the company and enhancing the core reputation of its products, building engagement with media and implementing a digital PR strategy, mitigating issues and reputational risks, and driving key product and campaign initiatives. Your efforts will further cement Gojek's positive image as the preferred On-Demand Services and solutions for customers, merchants, and driver partners.
