We Are Social is seeking a Community & Data Specialist to engage communities authentically using platform best practices and cultural fluency, with a strong understanding of data and reporting. Responsibilities include data extraction and analysis from HBO channels, content performance reporting, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and daily community engagement. The role requires staying updated on industry trends and educating teams and clients.

We are looking for a Community & Data Specialist who is an executor with a strong grasp of platform best practices and cultural fluency to engage communities authentically. With an understanding of data and reporting.

We also expect you to keep abreast of the industry for emerging trends and creative practices, educating not only your own team, but also the wider team at We Are Social. We also look to you to continually keep your clients updated and engaged with relevant industry practices.

Base Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 THB (Negotiable)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative agency
  • Must have graduated from an International or English Program
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Strong grasp of social media platform best practices and cultural fluency.
  • Proven ability as a strong executor (content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and engagement).
  • Ability to handle data extraction, analysis, and content performance reporting.
  • Commitment to staying abreast of emerging trends and educating clients/teams.
