Job Summary

Midgar Studio, a subsidiary of the Nacon group and a video game development studio based in Montpellier, is offering a Community Manager internship. The intern will contribute to content creation, social media animation, strategy reflection, performance analysis, and innovative communication elements for the studio's upcoming project. This role involves engaging with the player community, creating visuals, and acting as a liaison between players, developers, and the publisher, while also monitoring industry trends.

Must Have

  • Create content for social networks in line with the editorial line.
  • Animate social networks (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and community platforms (Discord, Steam, etc.).
  • Reflect on editorial strategy and content planning.
  • Analyze and monitor content performance indicators.
  • Create innovative communication elements (videos, infographics, GIFs, blog articles, etc.).
  • Write responses to player community questions, respecting established guidelines.
  • Create visual elements for social networks, respecting the graphic charter.
  • Liaise between players, developers, and the publisher.
  • Propose ideas to highlight the company and its creative strengths (interviews, streams, etc.).
  • Conduct competitive and communication trend monitoring.

Good to Have

  • A first experience in community management is a plus.

As part of the release of its next project, Midgar Studio offers a Community Manager internship position.

Within the framework of the proposed internship, your missions will allow you to contribute to:

  • Content creation for social networks in accordance with the editorial line

Profile sought

  • You are pursuing a Bac +4/5 level education in marketing / communication with a specialization in digital.
  • You have good knowledge of social networks (Discord, X, Instagram, etc.).
  • You have notions of video and 2D creation software (Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop, etc.).
  • You have a solid video game and industry culture, ideally with knowledge of RPG / JRPG.
  • You have knowledge of Japanese culture, particularly manga and anime.
  • You are curious, creative, rigorous, and enjoy working in a team.
  • A first experience in community management is a plus.
