This role involves managing official accounts and communities on major Chinese platforms like Bilibili, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin, tailoring strategies to each platform's unique audience. Key responsibilities include proactive player community management, anticipating and addressing user sentiment, and fostering effective communication. The manager will also be responsible for creating and planning version-specific content and community events aligned with game and market milestones, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with strong operational and communication skills to engage and grow the game's community.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the operation of official accounts and communities on mainstream domestic platforms such as Bilibili, WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin, capable of formulating community operation plans based on the user and content characteristics of different platforms.

2. Responsible for player community management, able to anticipate and respond promptly to community sentiment and user emotions, and maintain good player communication.

3. According to game milestones and market trends, produce and plan corresponding version materials, community activities, etc.

4. Manage community content scheduling and publishing, ensuring accurate online delivery of materials.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years or more of experience in game community operations.

2. Passionate about games, senior strategy card game players preferred, AFK series players preferred.

3. Conscientious, rigorous, meticulous, with good teamwork and communication skills.

4. Rich experience in graphic design and event planning.

Li Post: Refers to Lilith's external outsourced position, where Lilith is responsible for recruitment and management, and the full-time employee signs a labor contract with a third-party human resources outsourcing company.
