We are looking for a Community Specialist who will plan and execute a comprehensive content strategy fostering an engaged community.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing community strategies across social media platforms to enhance user engagement
- Engaging with our community, responding to inquiries and feedback
- Analyzing and reporting community metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, translating these into actionable plans
- Collaborating with graphic designers for content creation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our approach
Requirements
- Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Experience with social media management tools
- Willingness to take ownership of the community management
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Passion and interest in games and community management
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
