The main missions include organizing and managing projects related to the manufacturing or industrialization of composite parts, designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, monitoring production, ensuring compliance, identifying anomalies, and providing technical support.
Must Have
- Organize and manage projects related to the manufacturing or industrialization of composite parts.
- Design and optimize composite part manufacturing processes, updating industrial validation files.
- Monitor part production to improve quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and analyze production performance indicators.
- Identify anomalies, evaluate improvement needs, and define corrective actions.
- Ensure reception, preparation, and commissioning of production tools.
- Provide technical support to production, quality, and maintenance departments.
- Engineering school degree or Master's (Bac+5) in materials.
- Minimum 3 years of significant experience in composite methods.
- Proficiency in Catia.

Main missions
- Organize and manage projects related to the manufacturing or industrialization of composite parts.
- Design and optimize composite part manufacturing processes, while updating industrial validation files.
- Monitor part production to improve their quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and analyze production performance indicators (return rate, manufacturing time, etc.).
- Identify anomalies, evaluate improvement needs, and define corrective actions in collaboration with production, quality, and design office teams.
- Ensure the reception, preparation, and commissioning of production tools.
- Provide technical support to production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in materials.
- You have significant experience (minimum 3 years) in the field of composite methods.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Catia
