Job Summary
Reporting to the Pricing Study Manager, you will establish the cost price of a structural work (GO) and/or all trades (TCE) study and participate in departmental projects. Additionally, you will act as a GO pricing study referent for your colleagues. In this capacity, you will manage activities within your scope: Technical, Contractual management, and Project leadership. You will be involved in studying various operations: housing, school and cultural sports facilities, office buildings.
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (engineering school, master's) specialized in civil engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of technical rules related to construction
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Sharp negotiation skills
- Ability to establish cost prices for GO and/or TCE studies
- Ability to manage technical, contractual, and project leadership activities
- Ability to independently cost projects and optimize costs
- Ability to lead meetings (launch, closing, transfer, study, design reviews)
- Ability to prepare technical briefs and transfer files
- Ability to monitor contractual and technical regulations
- Ability to manage and transmit knowledge

Job Description
Reporting to the Pricing Study Manager, you will establish the cost price of a structural work (GO) and/or all trades (TCE) study and participate in departmental projects.
Additionally, you will act as a GO pricing study referent for your colleagues.
In this capacity, you will manage the activities within your scope:
Technical:
- Analyze written and graphic documents.
- Lead study launch meetings and write business reviews.
- Establish and formalize the site methodology before costing.
- Develop the execution schedule.
- Independently cost the project, validate delegated or subcontracted pricing studies.
- Define the best options (technical-methods) and propose different solutions to optimize costs.
- Ensure the reliability of equipment, material, and execution prices.
- Participate in updating the price library.
- Consult subcontractors and external service providers necessary for project execution and propose a selection.
- Lead the closing meeting with your manager.
- Prepare the transfer file and lead the transfer meeting.
- Write the technical brief.
- Monitor the evolution of contractual and technical regulations.
- May intervene at different stages of negotiation with the client.
- Maintain and develop a relational network of external partners.
Contractual management:
- Ensure the smooth running of entrusted studies (respect for budget and schedule).
- Participate in defining the study budget.
- Lead certain study meetings and design reviews.
Project leadership:
- Lead projects independently.
- Manage a collaborator's activity.
- Transmit knowledge.

Qualifications
With a Bachelor's or Master's degree (engineering school, master's) specialized in civil engineering, you have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
Do you have good knowledge of technical rules related to construction?
Do you have good analytical skills, are you organized, and do you have sharp negotiation skills?
