Confirmed Application Support Engineer SMA-X & StatusPal bilingual English - 5 years minimum - Lille

This role involves providing advanced application support for SMA-X and StatusPal, integrating and optimizing ITSM solutions like ServiceNow and EasyVista, and automating tasks using Python. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in application support or ITSM integration, excellent knowledge of ITSM processes and tools, and strong Python scripting skills.
