Job Summary
Lemay is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for the expansion and modernization project of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The selected professional will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and control work, ensuring compliance with plans, technical requirements, safety standards, and project objectives. This role requires an experienced professional with strong technical judgment, excellent coordination skills, and comfort working in complex, regulated environments. The supervisor will actively contribute to a major metropolitan project in a stimulating, inclusive, and collaboration-focused work environment.
Must Have
- Ensure daily site supervision to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure deadlines and technical requirements are met
- Write supervision reports, document work progress, and report any deviations or issues
- Participate in site meetings and ensure rigorous follow-up of decisions
- Ensure the application of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures on site
- Collaborate with design, project management, and quality assurance teams
- Propose solutions to technical problems encountered on site
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful, safe, and collaborative work environment
- College diploma in architectural technology or bachelor's degree in architecture, or relevant related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant site supervision experience, ideally on large-scale projects
- Rigorous approach and keen sense of professionalism
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, demonstrating autonomy and proactivity
- Analytical mind, curiosity, and openness to innovative solutions
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a constantly evolving context

Job Description
As part of the vast expansion and modernization project of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, we are looking for a site supervisor. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the selected person will play an essential role in monitoring and controlling the work, to ensure its conformity with the plans, technical requirements, safety standards, and project objectives.
This position is for an experienced professional with good technical judgment, excellent coordination skills, and ease in working in complex and regulated environments. What you will accomplish with us
- Ensure daily site supervision of the work to ensure its conformity with the plans, specifications, standards, and regulations in force;
