Job Description
This role involves 24/7 monitoring and escalation of IT services, understanding application performance and IT infrastructure components, and managing incidents. Responsibilities also include conducting health checks of monitoring tools, participating in standby rosters for weekend maintenance, and demonstrating good telephone etiquette.
Must have:
- Monitoring and escalation of IT services 24/7, 365 days a year (shift work)
- Understanding the components of Application Performance and IT Infrastructure
- Incident management
- Conducting health checks of monitoring tools
- Participating in the standby roster and being able to maintain monitoring tools over weekends
- Demonstrating good telephone etiquette
