CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app empowering creators to express themselves and transform videos into masterpieces. We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our efforts promoting CapCut to commercial users and businesses. You'll strategize and execute creative promotional campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. You'll develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies, analyze user data to inform GTM strategies, and build unified SEO strategies. This role will involve working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of CapCut's business products and features.

Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. This role is a part of the CapCut for Business team that supports commercial users and businesses to streamline their marketing content production process from beginning to end. Responsibilities - Be our Content Marketing Generalist - focuses on strategizing, developing, and implementing highly creative promotional campaigns to promote CapCut products, generate leads, and drive conversions for commercial users and businesses. - Manage the operational workflow cross-functionally, including leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and reporting. - Develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to engage users at each stage of their journey. Analyze user data to identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and insights to inform GTM strategies. - Develop and implement unified SEO strategies and best practices across the digital ecosystem that drive long-term sustainable traffic, ranking improvements, and conversions for CapCut's business products and features. - Support CapCut's business product GTM through user research, product tests, and iterations throughout the product development cycle. - Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent delivery of high-quality content; identify and capitalize on relevant major events and tentpole topics to maximize lead-gen and conversions. - Work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, R&D, Monetization, Content, and User Insights, to ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives and timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree. - 5+ years in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or equivalent roles. - Proven success in SEO, lifecycle or email marketing, content strategy development, and content production. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrate strong abilities to own, manage, and communicate strategy/approach across diverse teams and stakeholders. - Highly skilled at synthesizing business insights for problem-solving. - Experience working with international teams across time zones. Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102000 - $220000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
