Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. Responsibilities: -Responsible for the video template iteration strategy output, to improve CapCut content experience on daily trends, content diversity and creativity editing. - Build up and develop efficient execution plans and workflow for team members. And be responsible for content target completion. -Collaborate with the commercial team for content monetization to meet business goals. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user awareness and product impact in the local market. -Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and position to leverage them into impactful marketing

Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of working in local operations and team management, experienced in content production and development. - Familiar with digital content eco-system and data analytics. - Expert knowledge of pop culture and social media trends. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: - Work experience of the short video industry preferred. - Experienced in cross-team collaboration and project management. - Experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
