Your role:
• Works 50% on content development and the 50% on instructional design, adapting focus according to business needs and priorities to effectively address both content creation and instructional material development.
• Applies specialized knowledge to analyse requirements for learning products, identifies and integrates essential functional components such as quick step guides, learning services checklists, delivery specialist/instructor guides, and collaborative learning environments.
• Utilizes industry-standard instructional design models of moderate complexity to develop and deliver high-quality educational courses and content, ensuring they meet best practices and provide an exceptional learning experience.
• Designs advanced simulations and other interactive learning activities to effectively teach concepts and technical or clinical skills, aligning with the learning objectives of the project.
• Cultivates effective relationships with internal/external partners and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization.
• Outlines course and modular content and actively participates in storyboarding to visually organize and plan instructional materials, ensuring a coherent and engaging learning experience.
• Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Selects and employs various techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies, designs instruction that acknowledges and accommodates the diverse needs and characteristics of individual learners and groups.
• Develops diverse learning materials and assessments, applies strong instructional strategies, adult learning methodologies, and various learning theories, with outstanding experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and social media management.
• Draws upon an advanced knowledge of integrating multimedia elements, such as videos, interactive graphics, and audio, into learning programs to enhance engagement and facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Functions as a Content Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) administrator by uploading and testing learning activities, and tests own content within the CMS and LMS to ensure proper functionality and availability.
• Ensures instructional content adhere to both organizational and educational standards by aligning materials with established guidelines, and making necessary adjustments to meet compliance requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Communication or equivalent.
Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Instructional Design, Learning Development, Content Creation, Learning Management Systems or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
