Ninja Van is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to define the market strategy for corporate sales services, including B2B, Domestic Express, and Corporate Accounts for parcel deliveries. The role involves identifying product needs, designing commercial plans with sales, pricing, and business support, and being accountable for the strategic and commercial success of channels. Responsibilities include achieving financial targets and KPIs, onboarding new customers, managing key client relationships, supporting the sales team, and overseeing business performance across departments. The manager will also develop and manage the corporate sales team, identify individual strengths, and support commercial areas for product success.

  • Salesforce.com experience

Main Duties

    • Define the market for corporate sales services (B2B, Domestic Express, Corporate Accounts) for parcel deliveries and strategy.
    • Identify needs from a product point of view suitable for product management to define the business requirements.
    • Design and develop commercial plans that include sales plans, pricing, and business support for the products.
    • Accountable for industry strategy and commercial success of the channels.
    • Responsible for owning the financial targets and KPIs of the relevant channels
    • Onboard New Customers- or Acquisitions customers aligned with the given target KPI’s.
    • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, account management, sales operations and the financial goals of the department.
    • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with key clients by providing support, information and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Working with the sales team to improve customer adoption of services and products.
    • Managing and monitoring the performance of the business across the different channels/departments.
    • Develop and manage the partnerships/corporate sales team
    • Determine the strengths and weaknesses of each member to navigate challenges and areas of opportunity
    • Identify goals and evaluate based on performance
    • Support commercial areas as and when required alongside the business to ensure overall product success and acceptance of the stakeholders.
    • Provide thought leadership to senior internal stakeholders
    • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends that impact our industry

Qualifications

    • Prior experience in managing a corporate sales team
    • 5 or more years of related experience in Corporate Sales, B2B and Business Development.
    • Strong existing working relationships with clients
    • Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or corporate sales
    • Prior Salesforce.com experience
    • Proficient in knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs
    • Solid expertise in spreadsheet programs and functions.
