Job Description
This Cost Accountant position at Logitech in Suzhou, China, involves managing daily and quarterly standard cost updates, variance analysis, and monthly closing work. Responsibilities include inventory reconciliation, job variance and PPV analysis, preparing management reports, balance sheet explanations, and audit/SOX documents. The role requires close collaboration with the operations team to improve processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory physical counts. Additional tasks as assigned by the manager will be part of the role.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3+ years costing experience in manufacturing
- Proficient in written and oral English
- ERP experience preferred
- Standard cost updates & variance analysis
- Inventory reconciliation & management reporting
Description
Job description:
In charge of daily and quarterly standard cost update and variance analysis.
Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory physical count.
Monthly closing work including inventory reconciliation, job variance and PPV analysis, management reports preparation, balance sheet explanation etc.
Prepare audit and SOX documents.
Work closely with operations team to continuously improve the process.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job requirement:
Bachelor or above degree in accounting.
At least 3 years costing experience in manufacturing environment.
Good at oral and written English.
ERP experience is preferred.
