Job Description

This 6-month internship as a CRM Assistant involves coordinating and managing CRM campaigns for Ubisoft+ and the Ubisoft Store. Responsibilities include working with various teams to receive briefs, liaising with operational teams (using JIRA), ensuring timely campaign deployment, analyzing performance indicators, and proposing optimizations. The role also involves creating omnichannel customer journeys, defining CRM plans, and coordinating implementation with KPIs. Further responsibilities include proposing A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize performance, relying on data analysts for support. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities, and creativity are essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will ensure the coordination and adherence to processes during the implementation of CRM campaigns:

  • You will work closely with the Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store teams to receive their briefs.
  • You will act as the liaison with the CRM operational teams (creating JIRA tickets, validating creative briefs, receiving assets, follow-ups...) to ensure the successful deployment of campaigns within the given timelines.
  • You will work on campaign reporting by analyzing performance indicators in order to propose optimizations.

You will work and provide input on the creation of new omnichannel customer journeys to promote new offers and features related to Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store services to players:

  • You will define the CRM plan, which should include the most suitable communication channels to activate, and the content of communications tailored by audience to best promote the offers.
  • With the help of the operational team, you will coordinate the implementation of these journeys and establish a list of key KPIs to track.

You will also work on optimizing the management of our campaigns and communication channels:

  • You may propose tests (A/B testing, control groups...) and analyze the results to optimize performance.
  • To do this, you will rely on data analysts for the production of ad hoc analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a student and ideally have some initial experience in marketing/CRM;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and strong motivation to work in a team within an innovative environment;
  • You demonstrate great attention to detail and have strong organizational skills;
  • You possess both analytical abilities and creativity;
  • You have a strong curiosity and sensitivity towards customer relationship management, as well as the challenges and issues within a CRM department;
  • An interest in the video game industry would be appreciated;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Recruitment Process

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
