CSR Employee Engagement Program Planner/Operator (Contract)
Job Summary
Job Description
This contract position, lasting one year with potential renewal, involves planning and executing employee volunteer activities and managing donation campaigns tailored to the gaming industry. The role requires at least two to four years of relevant experience in corporate employee volunteer program planning and execution. Responsibilities include developing and implementing volunteer programs, managing donation campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and showcasing an understanding of the gaming and content industries. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for social contribution, and potentially experience with design tools.
Must have:
- 2-4 years experience in corporate volunteering
- Employee volunteer program planning & execution
- Donation campaign management
- Game industry understanding
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience with employee/citizen donation programs
- Corporate CSR event planning
- Social sector network
- AI design tools (Photoshop, Firefly)
