Job Description
Smilegate is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of its STOVE platform. This global platform serves a diverse range of games, from PC and mobile titles to indie games. Responsibilities include designing optimal user experiences across web, app, client, and SDK platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in platform service design, expertise in design tools (Figma, Framer, Adobe), and a proven ability to leverage user data to inform design decisions. The role demands proactive service improvement and strong communication skills for effective collaboration. The position involves building and maintaining the user interface for a global audience.
Must have:
- 5+ years platform service design experience
- Data-driven UX/UI design
- Proficient in Figma, Framer, Adobe
- Experience across web, app, client, SDK
- Lead service improvement and operations
Good to have:
- Experience in similar platform services
- Product launch experience
- Global service design experience

자격요건
- 서비스의 개선과 운영을 주도적으로 수행한 경험이 있으신 분
- 사용자 데이터를 기반으로 UX/UI 설계를 하고 논리적 커뮤니케이션과 설득의 협업 경험이 있으신 분
- UX/UI개발 디자인 툴(Figma, Framer, Adobe 등)에 숙련된 경험을 가진 신 분
- 웹, 앱, Client, SDK 등 다양한 디바이스 UX/UI 디자인 실무 경험이 있으신 분
필요역량
- 5년 이상의 플랫폼 서비스 디자인 경험 또는 이에 준하는 디자인 역량
우대사항
- 동종업계 플랫폼 서비스 디자인 경험이 있으신 분
- 프로덕트를 리드하여 시장에 출시해본 경험이 있으신 분
- 글로벌 서비스 디자인 구축 경험이 있으신 분
