Job Summary

Job Description

This role at Smilegate Hope Studio involves identifying and collaborating with new CSR partners, particularly game companies. Responsibilities include developing and executing donation campaigns and volunteer programs linked to game IPs and social causes. The position also focuses on promoting Smilegate's donation platform. The ideal candidate possesses 3-7 years of experience in social contribution, strong communication and collaboration skills, experience in the gaming/IT/content industries, and an understanding of using technology for social impact. The role requires strategic planning, partnership management, and successful campaign execution.

Must have:

3-7 years social contribution experience
Partner collaboration & campaign execution
Strong communication & stakeholder management
Gaming/IT/Content industry experience
Understanding of tech for social impact

Good to have:

Experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations

자격요건

- 사회 공헌 관련 분야 경력 3년 이상 7년 이하

필요역량

- 다자간 협력 사업 제안/기획/실행 경험 - 다양한 이해 관계자와의 적극적인 관계형성/커뮤니케이션 능력 - 게임/IT/콘텐츠 산업 직군 업무 경험 - 플랫폼/IT기술을 통한 사회적 가치 창출에 대한 이해도

우대사항

- 영리기업/비영리 조직 업무 모두 경험하신 분
