Job Summary

Job Description

This contract position at Smilegate Holdings focuses on the planning and production of metahuman content. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and creating image and video content for metahumans, developing shooting concepts and collecting references for actual filming, and editing/adjusting the produced content according to IP guidelines. The role also involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content for various platforms (feeds, stories, reels, text), and collaborating with a team. Candidates should have strong skills in content creation (image and video), social media marketing, and relevant software proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).

Must have:

Metahuman content planning & creation
Image/video content design & editing
Social media channel management
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
Filming experience with DSLR cameras

Good to have:

Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway)
Personal content channel (social media, YouTube)
Experience in content/media/entertainment/fashion industries
Exceptional facial retouching skills

담당업무

메타휴먼(버추얼휴먼) 프로젝트를 함께하며 새로운 영역의 일을 함께 추진해 나갈 도전적인 지원자를 찾습니다. 1. 메타휴먼 컨텐츠 기획 및 제작 - 메타휴먼의 이미지 및 영상 컨텐츠를 직접 기획하고 제작합니다. - 위 컨텐츠 제작을 위한 촬영 컨셉을 기획하고 레퍼런스를 수집하여 실제 촬영을 진행합니다. - IP의 톤앤매너 및 비주얼 가이드에 따라 촬영 및 자체 제작한 컨텐츠를 수정/보정하고 편집합니다. 2. 소셜 채널 운영 및 컨텐츠 기획 - 소셜 채널의 특성을 고려하고 타겟에게 어필할 수 있는 컨텐츠(피드, 스토리, 릴스, 텍스트 등)를 직접 기획하고 제작, 발행합니다. 열정적인 팀원들과 협업하며 새로운 분야에 대해 열린 마음을 바탕으로 성장하고 싶은 분과 함께하고 싶습니다.

자격요건

- 계약기간 : 1년 - 컨텐츠 및 다양한 IP에 대한 높은 관심도와 트렌드에 대한 흥미 보유자 - 소셜 미디어 플랫폼에 대한 높은 이해도 - 이미지, 영상 기반의 컨텐츠 디자인/채널 운영 경험 - Photoshop, Illustrator, premier 등 이미지/영상 제작 Tool 중급 이상 능력 - DSLR 등 카메라를 활용한 촬영 능력

필요역량

- 컨텐츠 기획, 제작을 위한 Creativity 보유 - 우수한 이미지 및 영상 제작 스킬 보유 (그래픽 툴 사용 역량 필수) - 본인의 기획의도를 정확히 전달하고 설득할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

우대사항

- 미드저니, 런웨이 등 생성형AI 툴 활용 경험이 있는 분 - 본인만의 컨텐츠 채널(소셜, 유튜브 등)을 운영해 본 경험이 있는 분 - 컨텐츠나 미디어(IP), 엔터테인먼트, 패션 업계 업무 유경험자 - 얼굴 보정 스킬이 남다르다고 자신하는 분
