Job Description

This role involves planning, creating, and producing PUBG MOBILE esports content. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), boosting brand awareness and user engagement, monitoring content performance, and optimizing strategies based on data and feedback. The ideal candidate is passionate about esports, proficient in English, creative, and a strong team player. Experience in esports content creation and overseas social media management is a plus. The position requires coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring high-quality content across various formats (short videos, long videos, text, images). Staying updated on trends and creating innovative content is key.

岗位职责

1.负责策划、撰写和产出 PUBG MOBILE 电竞赛事内容，协调内外部资源，统筹短视频、长视频、图文内容的创意策划与制作，确保内容质量和传播效果。
2.管理和运营官方社媒账号（如Instagram、YouTube 、TikTok等），提升品牌关注度与用户粘性，确保赛事内容的高曝光与高参与度。
3.监控赛事内容的传播效果，分析各平台内容的传播效果数据；根据数据和粉丝反馈，持续优化内容风格和策略，并落地实施。
4.紧跟时下潮流热点，结合 PUBG MOBILE Esports 赛事特点，策划并制作创新、有趣的高质量内容，吸引更多用户关注。

岗位要求

1.热爱电竞行业，熟悉 PUBG MOBILE 及其他主流FPS游戏。
2.有优秀的英语口语书面交流能力，英语可作为工作语言。
3.熟悉主流海外社交媒体平台，具备优秀的内容创意策划能力。
4.有较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力及执行力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
5.有电竞内容创作经验和海外电竞社媒运营经验者优先。
