What You'll Do
As part of the 2025 Graduate Programme, you will join our Delivery Experience organisation, reporting to Jane Williams, under the leadership of Daniel Ambrose and Mary Mattingly. This is a 12-month programme based in our Centurion office, with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence at least three days a week.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in creating multimedia content for internal and external audiences, with a focus on learning video demos and tutorials.
- Participate in collaboration sessions with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, messaging, and learning objectives.
- Support the development of video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- Edit audio and video footage using tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, voice-overs, and visual elements using approved sources and brand guidelines.
- Create graphics, motion graphics, special effects, and animations using the Adobe Creative Suite and other production tools.
- Ensure that all video content aligns with CSG’s brand, messaging standards, and quality expectations.
- Contribute video elements for use by other team members and maintain the shared video and graphics library.
- Review and revise content as needed, ensuring proper approvals are obtained before final delivery.
You Should Have

- A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Digital Design, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Preferably some experience or internship exposure in video production, animation, or digital media.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in English in a business context.
- A South African ID, CV, Cover Letter, and Academic Record.
