Job Description

We are looking for a new talent to join our team. This position is based in Paris and is a hybrid position with telecommuting. Your responsibilities include managing certificates, writing client endorsements, monitoring client portfolio states, collecting values, calculating premiums, taxes and fees, invoicing and tracking payments, managing settlements, processing the updating of capital by client site as part of international programs, establishing reports and dashboards to monitor Marsh France or the network. You must have at least a Bac +2/3 ideally in Law and/or Insurance, business school, or equivalent experience.
Must Have:
  • Manage certificates and write client endorsements.
  • Monitor client portfolio states and collect values.
  • Calculate premiums, taxes and fees.
  • Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Nous recherchons un nouveau talent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est basé à Paris. Il s'agit d'un poste hybride avec télétravail.

Nous comptons sur vous pour :

  • Gérer les attestations, rédiger les avenants des clients du portefeuille,
  • Suivre les états de parc clients, réaliser la collecte de valeurs,
  • Réaliser les calculs de prime, taxes et honoraires,
  • Facturer et suivre les règlements,
  • Gérer les quittancements (facturation en multi filiales),
  • Traiter la mises à jour des capitaux par site client dans le cadre de programmes à l’international,
  • Etablir les reportings et de tableaux de bord de suivi, pour Marsh France ou le réseau.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

Titulaire au minimum d’un Bac +2/3 idéalement en Droit et/ou en Assurance, école de commerce, ou expérience équivalente.

  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le souci de la satisfaction client.
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’utilisation des outils bureautiques (notamment Excel) et maîtrisez l’anglais couramment à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
