Binance is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Indonesia to handle live chat and phone calls, identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and manage complaints. The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, strong IT skills for technical queries, exceptional written communication, listening, multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities. Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential, with a willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and night shifts.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • 1+ years experience of proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representative

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
