Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be a crucial support system for our Account Management team, helping to build and strengthen client relationships. You'll take ownership of complex issues, analyze data, and create compelling presentations that will be shared directly with our customers. You will have a direct impact on our ability to serve our clients and drive our business forward.
Must Have:
  • Provide timely support to the Account Management team through various communication channels.
  • Address customer needs and concerns to strengthen client relationships.
  • Summarize and report detailed data, financial breakdowns, and other key information.
  • Create solid presentations that may be shared directly with clients.
  • Manage complex issues and billing-related inquiries, taking full ownership from start to finish.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in a role requiring problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • The ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
