Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Ludwigsburg, is a provider of the ADDISON, SBS Software and AKTE product lines. The company employs over 600 people at 15 locations throughout Germany. It also forms an important pillar in the Tax & Accounting division of the globally active Wolters Kluwer Group. Your tasks
- You are the contact person for user questions and take over telephone and written customer support for our software solutions
- You support our customers with questions about payroll tools of our software
- You develop solution proposals for the use of our software systems and work closely with colleagues from sales, software development and product management
- In addition, you record change requests and suggestions from our customers and thus ensure customer satisfaction

- You have a completed commercial basic training, e.g., you are a tax clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d) or payroll/balance accountant (m/f/d)
- Good specialist knowledge in payroll is desirable

- You also enjoy dealing with IT
