Job Description

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Support Payroll specialist (m/f/d) for a hybrid role in Bretten, Germany. The position involves providing telephone and written customer support for software solutions, assisting with payroll tools, developing solution proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a commercial background, such as a tax clerk or payroll accountant, and enjoy working with IT and direct customer contact.

Must Have:
  • Be the contact person for user questions and provide telephone and written customer support for our software solutions
  • Support customers with questions about payroll tools of our software
  • Develop solution proposals for the use of our software systems and work closely with colleagues from sales, software development and product management
  • Record change requests and suggestions from our customers and thus ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completed commercial basic training (e.g., tax clerk, office communication clerk, or payroll/balance accountant)

Your tasks

  • You are the contact person for user questions and take over telephone and written customer support for our software solutions
  • You support our customers with questions about payroll tools of our software
  • You develop solution proposals for the use of our software systems and work closely with colleagues from sales, software development and product management
  • In addition, you record change requests and suggestions from our customers and thus ensure customer satisfaction
