Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and deliver scalable data models and technical solutions for our CRM transformation project. You will collaborate with engineers and analysts to understand data needs and lead the Information Architecture. This role demands strong technical judgment, data modeling expertise, and the ability to drive data model designs, technology reviews, and consensus building. You will be responsible for designing and documenting the Data Architecture for the CRM Platform and ensuring efficient assignment and ownership of various data tier and services layer components.
Must Have
- Experience with Data Migration between disparate DB Technologies (e.g., Oracle, Mongo, Cassandra)
- Experience with Enterprise Transformation/Modernization and related issues with co-existence between old and new systems
- Designing for Systems of Record and experience with One-Way/Two-Way syncs & conflict management of data
- Experience and strong background in designing and deploying Database solutions, Relational and NoSQL solutions (Oracle, Mongo, Cassandra, other)
- Data Modeling, especially in Mongo-Oracle Hybrid deployments
- Mapping transactions & reliability onto NOSQL and distributed services scenarios
- Performance tuning & Capacity planning
- Strong Leadership, Collaboration and Communication skills
Good to Have
- Familiarity with micro-service architecture based deployments in multi-datacenter Enterprise IT scenarios
- Very good experience with asynchronous data feeds, integrations, batch processing in addition to real-time scenarios
- Familiarity with the CRM or related domain data architectures and issues
- Experience with one or more programming languages
