About the team and the role:

This role seeks a Data Science - Analyst 2.

What you will accomplish:

Job Duties: Responsible for generating smart solutions to drive traffic and improve the Customer Experience based on state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Work on cutting edge Generative AI solutions, analyze some of the largest eCommerce datasets, roll your solutions to production and measure the impact. Work internally with Core AI Teams to build and analyze POCs to determine and prioritize Gen-AI requirements. Sign-off from stakeholders on POCs and coordinate the development of large-scale AI algorithms. Partner closely in cross-team collaborations to get AI models on production working as expected. Carefully collect and train large scale datasets to fine tune and evaluate different GenAI base models and conduct and coordinate AB tests accordingly. Drive end-to-end solutions using AI, Big Data Tools, ML and Analytics/Statistics methods and onboard them on the AI platform. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

What you will bring:

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.

Special Skill Requirements:

1. Deploying and analyzing model results on production via A/B testing

2. Building and deploying AI/ML models

3. Programming skills (Scala, Java, or Python)

4. SQL skills

5. Mathematical background in statistics/ML

6. Experience in AI using at least one of its standard AI/ML tools and its libraries for predictive modeling (eg in R/Python/spark-ML/Pytorch/TensorFlow)

7. Big Data Platforms (Hadoop, Spark or Hive)

Salary: $129,709.00-193,300.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
