Job Description
- Experience in casual game experimentation & data analysis
- Familiarity with experimental framework setup and A/B testing processes
- Experience in experimental platform design or methodology construction
- Collaborate with casual game teams for user growth and game design optimization
- Design and build growth analysis frameworks and experimental pipelines
- Promote standardization, automation, and visualization of analysis and experiments
- Work with data engineering and product managers on experimental system integration and data governance
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in data science, growth analysis, or game experiment analysis
- Proficient in Python / SQL
- Understand statistical principles of experimental design and causal inference
- Familiar with mainstream growth analysis and experimental systems, understand business logic
- Excellent logical thinking, structured expression, and cross-team communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the casual games team to provide scientific explanations and optimization suggestions for user growth and game design.
- Design and build growth analysis frameworks and experimental pipelines, and promote the standardization, automation, and visualization of analysis and experiments.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product managers to promote the unified access of experimental systems across multiple game projects and experimental data governance.
Job Requirements
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related majors.
Work Experience:
- Experience in data science, growth analysis, or game experiment analysis;
- Experience in casual game experimentation & data analysis is preferred;
- Familiar with experimental framework setup and A/B testing processes, experience in experimental platform design or methodology construction is a plus.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Python / SQL, understand the statistical principles of experimental design and causal inference;
- Familiar with mainstream growth analysis and experimental systems, understand business logic;
