Job Summary

The Deputy General Manager of Marketing Department will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies and sales plans according to the company's strategy, aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This role involves continuously building and enhancing the company's marketing organization, capabilities, mechanisms, and infrastructure to ensure short-term sales goals and sustainable long-term profitability. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, analyzing sales data, establishing effective incentive mechanisms, and building a high-performing sales team. The role also requires conducting market and industry analysis, monitoring trends, understanding customer needs, and providing competitive overall solutions. Additionally, the DGM will develop brand strategies, implement marketing planning, expand into new markets, and manage customer relationships, while collaborating closely with R&D, delivery, procurement, and finance departments.

  • 3 consecutive years in senior sales management in R&D/manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with modern enterprise management systems.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and keen market insight.
  • Experience in market dynamics and trend judgment.
  • In-depth research on project-based key account purchasing behavior.
  • Familiarity with intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation industries.
  • Clear logical thinking, continuous learning, excellent communication, collaboration, organizational coordination, and team management skills.

Good to Have

  • Mechanical, electrical, AI related majors preferred.
  • Experience in product-based and service-based business sales.
  • Overseas market development and marketing experience.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

(1) According to the company's strategy, formulate marketing strategies and sales plans, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

(2) Responsible for the continuous construction and improvement of the company's marketing organization, capabilities, mechanisms, and infrastructure to ensure the achievement of short-term sales targets. Responsible for the construction and continuous improvement of the marketing ecosystem and marketing system to ensure sustainable growth in profitability, including but not limited to:

1. Capturing, judging, and seizing industry and era opportunities, quickly organizing resources to generate sales and profits.

2. Analyzing sales data, establishing effective assessment and incentive mechanisms, building a highly efficient sales team, ensuring that the sales organization, capabilities, mechanisms, and infrastructure meet current task completion and medium-to-long-term growth needs.

3. Organizing market and industry analysis, monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics, gaining insight into customer business and demand changes, and providing competitive overall solutions, including but not limited to: processes, equipment, procedures, technology, components, products, platforms, and architectures.

4. Formulating the company's brand strategy and implementing marketing planning, including but not limited to: brand growth, market share improvement, customer optimization, market expansion, sales network layout, and customer relationship management.

5. Developing new markets, new regions, and new industries, achieving substantial progress in market share and repurchase rates, and achieving significant commercial success.

6. Working closely with R&D, delivery, procurement, finance, and other departments to jointly create a business-first, results-oriented corporate culture.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, mechanical, electrical, AI, etc., preferred.

2. 8 years or more of sales experience, especially with 5 years of experience in large-scale software and hardware integrated solution project sales in the past 5 years, including 3 consecutive years in senior sales management positions in medium and large R&D and manufacturing enterprises, directly leading a sales team of more than 20 people, and experience in product-based and service-based business sales preferred.

3. Familiar with modern enterprise management systems, proficient in using various incentive resources and measures, with a deep understanding of marketing, keen market insight: very experienced in grasping market dynamics and judging market trends, in-depth research on the purchasing behavior and key decision-making processes of project-based key accounts, and possessing rich successful experience.

4. Familiar with intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation industries, with overseas market development and marketing experience preferred.

5. Clear logical thinking, continuous learning, excellent communication and collaboration, organizational coordination, and team management skills, able to effectively stimulate team enthusiasm and creativity, and promote the achievement of team goals.
