Job Summary
This HR Intern position at Haosen Intelligent in Dalian involves comprehensive support for recruitment, employee services, and HR activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and maintaining the talent pool. The intern will also handle onboarding/offboarding procedures, help maintain employee information systems, and participate in planning and executing employee care events. Additionally, the role requires assisting with HR data organization and analysis, and maintaining departmental documents. Candidates should be proactive, eager to learn, and proficient in Office software.
Must Have
- Assist with job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and talent pool maintenance.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, assist with maintaining employee information systems.
- Participate in planning and executing employee care activities (e.g., team building, birthday parties).
- Assist with HR data organization and analysis, maintain departmental documents.
- Undergraduate student or above.
- Able to start as soon as possible, full-time internship 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Strong communication skills, meticulous, rigorous, responsible, and confidential.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about HR.
- Proficient in Office software.
Good to Have
- Majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields are preferred.

3. Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous and rigorous, responsible, and with a sense of confidentiality.
4. Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about HR work.
5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Office software.
