Commercial Real Estate Operations Deputy General Manager

This role is for a Deputy General Manager of Commercial Real Estate Operations in Beijing. The position involves developing and executing business plans for commercial properties such as shopping malls, industrial parks, office buildings, and hotels. Key responsibilities include market positioning, operational management, investment attraction, renovation, marketing, public relations, and overseeing engineering, property, and safety management. The role also requires team building, talent development, and frequent business travel.

Must Have

• Responsible for developing commercial real estate business plans and tracking performance indicators.
• Responsible for market positioning, operational management, investment attraction, renovation, and marketing control during the project operation period.
• Responsible for public relations management of commercial real estate.
• Responsible for engineering, property, and safety management of commercial real estate.
• Responsible for business negotiations with local governments or relevant resource parties and integrating resources.
• Responsible for team building and talent development for various commercial real estate projects.
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of experience in nationwide commercial real estate investment and operations.
• 2+ years of independent project responsibility, managing commercial real estate projects over 100,000 square meters.
• Strong professional capabilities in investment attraction, operations, marketing, and engineering property management.

Job Introduction

Commercial real estate includes: shopping malls, industrial parks, office buildings, hotels, etc.

The position requires frequent business trips, one-third or one-half of the time is spent on business trips, all during working hours.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating commercial real estate operating plans and tracking performance indicators.

2. Responsible for the market positioning of commercial real estate, determining the operating management company, and controlling operations, investment attraction, renovation, and marketing during the project operation period.

3. Responsible for public relations management of commercial real estate.

4. Responsible for engineering, property, and safety management of commercial real estate.

5. Responsible for conducting business negotiations with local governments or relevant resource parties and integrating resources.

6. Responsible for team building and talent development for various commercial real estate projects.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

2. Possess 6 years or more of experience in commercial real estate investment and operations nationwide, including 2 years or more of independent project responsibility, independently managing commercial real estate projects with a volume greater than 100,000 square meters.

3. Have business acumen and innovation awareness, and an in-depth understanding of urban commercial development; possess strong professional capabilities in investment attraction, operations, marketing, and engineering property management.

4. Strong execution, able to withstand strong work pressure, good communication and coordination skills.

5. Experience with nationally renowned commercial systems or regional benchmark commercial companies.
