Job Summary

This HR Global Service Design Trainee role at Infineon involves supporting process design and improvement, evaluating customer feedback, and managing HR feedback cases. The trainee will maintain global process documentation, participate in harmonization activities, and collaborate with HR teams worldwide to enhance hiring processes and tools. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field, possesses digital affinity, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a process-driven, solution-oriented mindset, with fluent English skills.

Must Have

Support process design, evaluate customer feedback, and plan improvements in alignment with global HR counterparts
Handle HR feedback cases (e.g., in Jira) in assessing, routing, and testing solutions
Maintain global process documentation, including revision and update of process flow charts
Participate in global process harmonization activities
Work closely with the Recruiting and MyHR team to improve hiring processes and tools
Communicate with HR partners worldwide
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or another related field
Affinity towards digital topics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
A process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English

Good to Have

Previous experience in Human Resources and/or HR projects is a plus
