The role involves executing and analyzing a wide range of digital marketing measures, providing insights and improvement proposals, and contributing to overall marketing efforts by sharing performance with stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Support execution operations for digital marketing measures (entry, settings, CMS updates, progress management assistance).
  • Perform data aggregation, visualization, and initial analysis support for digital marketing measures.
  • Experience in website operation/production using Web CMS or direct HTML editing, or experience in digital advertising/SEO improvement measures (2+ years).
  • Experience in performance analysis using Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools (2+ years).
  • Experience in data aggregation and processing using functions in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support for tag setting/measurement environment operation (basic GA4/ad management screen operations).
  • Experience in managing or assisting in the management of multiple parallel digital marketing projects.
  • Curiosity to learn and proactiveness to propose new methods in digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
Good to have:
  • Experience using image editing tools like Photoshop for resizing, compressing images, or creating banners.
  • Experience in B2B marketing (especially for enterprises).
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests in digital marketing (web or digital ads).
  • Experience updating simple dashboards in BI/performance analysis tools like Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of website UI/UX design.
  • English communication skills or experience collaborating with global teams.

About this position

In this position, you will contribute to building the foundation for companies to take their first step towards becoming Agentic Enterprises, by supporting digital marketing initiatives such as new lead acquisition starting from digital advertising and organic search, and improving lead acquisition rates through website optimization.

As a member of the digital marketing team, you will be expected to support the execution of a wide range of digital marketing measures, including advertising, SEO, and website optimization for lead acquisition, and perform performance analysis of each measure. Based on this, you will provide insights and improvement proposals to achieve higher effectiveness. You will also contribute broadly to overall marketing by sharing performance with related stakeholders such as campaign product marketing.

Main Job Responsibilities

Management and execution support for digital advertising, SEO, and web optimization measures:

You will provide operational execution support (entry, settings, CMS updates, progress management assistance) for various digital marketing measures planned by members responsible for digital advertising, SEO, and web optimization.

Examples:

  • Aggregation and summarization of information on high-performing creatives (banners) in display advertising measures.
  • Support for keyword management and registration to analysis tools when creating new SEO articles.
  • Production work for SEO-purpose article content and blog posts using Web CMS.
  • Understanding lead acquisition forms created at the request of each stakeholder and sharing information with digital advertising/SEO managers and their respective partner companies.
  • Understanding the overall schedule of web improvement projects and supporting progress management.

Performance analysis of digital marketing measures:

In cooperation with the web analytics manager belonging to the Marketing Operations Team and SEM, SEO, and web optimization managers, you will support the aggregation, visualization, and initial analysis of each digital marketing measure on a per-measure basis (insight extraction will be done in collaboration with senior members).

Examples:

  • Support for extracting insights by cross-referencing analysis data provided by digital advertising and SEO partners and performance data available internally.
  • Support for cross-sectional analysis of keywords and article performance in SEO measures.
  • Aggregation of post-implementation performance analysis for web optimization measures such as A/B tests and internal link adjustments.

Required Skills/Requirements

Technical Skills/Experience

  • Experience in website operation/production, creating or updating pages using Web CMS or direct HTML editing

OR

(2+ years for each)

  • Experience in performing performance analysis using Google Analytics or other digital marketing analysis tools (2+ years)

This can include performance analysis of digital advertising or SEO performance, not limited to websites.

  • Experience in data aggregation and processing using functions in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Tag setting/measurement environment operation support (basic operation of GA4/ad management screen).

Project Management & Soft Skills

  • Experience in managing or assisting in the management of multiple parallel digital marketing projects.
  • Curiosity to learn the latest information and proactiveness to propose new methods in the fast-changing digital marketing field.
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders (team members, requesters, external partners, etc.).
