This hybrid remote role in Bengaluru, India, focuses on supporting LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns, analyzing Google Ads performance, and contributing to lead generation and campaign ROI. Must have:
  • Support the setup, execution, and daily monitoring of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns
  • Assist in crafting ad creatives, messaging, and audience strategies for social platforms
  • Analyze performance across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
  • Identify patterns in performance data and suggest optimizations to improve lead quality and volume
  • Collaborate on A/B testing efforts for ads and landing pages
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of paid media performance, pulling insights and learnings
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates
  • Strong interest in paid digital marketing, particularly social media advertising
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and trends
  • Good written communication and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Prior internship or project experience in digital advertising
  • Certification in LinkedIn Marketing

Job Details

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our demand generation team. The role will primarily focus on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns, while also assisting with the analysis and improvement of Google Ads performance. This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns, understand what drives results, and contribute directly to improving lead generation and campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
