This role involves implementing go-to-market strategies, leading large-scale digital campaigns across various channels like search, social, programmatic, video, and display. The analyst will optimize campaign performance for ROI, provide data-driven insights, and ensure data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness in the B2B SaaS space.

Must Have

  • Implement the company’s go-to-market strategy by operationalizing target accounts, personas, messaging, and territory management.
  • Implement integrated media strategies across search, social, programmatic, video, and display channels aligned with business goals.
  • Lead execution of large-scale digital campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and make data-driven investment recommendations.
  • Consolidate campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital media strategy & planning, with a strong focus on performance marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital planning tools, ad tech platforms, and analytics/reporting solutions.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic ads) and performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing funnels and lead management processes.
  • Exposure to intent data and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.

  • Strategy & Planning: Implement integrated media strategies across search, social, programmatic, video, and display channels aligned with business goals.
  • Execution & Optimization: Lead execution of large-scale digital campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and make data-driven investment recommendations.
  • Consolidate campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media strategy & planning, with a strong focus on performance marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital planning tools, ad tech platforms, and analytics/reporting solutions.
