You will lead diverse digital projects from content adaptation to website optimization, coordinating with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects exceed expectations, on time and on budget. Responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing projects, acting as the primary client contact, collaborating with teams, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities.
Must Have:
- Oversee digital marketing projects from briefing through delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for project execution and client communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and productivity
- Solve problems, think critically, and drive successful outcomes
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Japanese and/or Korean language skills are essential
- Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Professionalism under pressure and tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
