About the Role:

You will serve as the lead HRBP for our global Product and Engineering function (R&D), partnering with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and their global leadership teams to ensure the provision of top quality HR leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global HRBPs, you will play a key role in the wider HRBP team. This includes leading global people initiatives, managing the HR Partner(s) who support R&D and collaborating with our People & Culture Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure alignment in strategies and processes.

Partnering with the CPO and the CTO is key to success – the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate how they have built strong, supportive relationships at this level, and have operated as a trusted partner.

You have a proactive, pragmatic mindset to get things done, are highly-organized, and build great relationships both internally and externally. We are hyper focused on building a performance based culture and are looking for a creative leader to help make a truly differentiated employee experience.

Our R&D function employees 600 of Sitecore’s 1700 employees who are based in multiple countries globally including Ireland, Belgium, Greece, Malaysia and Sri Lanka so global experience and understanding is vital.

What You Will Do:

• Trusted partner to the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer and their leadership teams
• Key member of the R&D leadership team
• Develop and deliver the people priorities for R&D
• Lead all HR initiatives within R&D with the goal of fostering a high performance, empathetic work environment
• Provide pragmatic advice to the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer and their leadership teams on sensitive employee relations issues and other HR maters that arise
• Close partnership with our CoEs, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward, HRIS and HR Operations, focussing on scalability and efficiency
• Support the roll out and execution within R&D of CoE initiatives and the annual cycle of HR processes including merit review, bonus, performance management and employee engagement
• Overall accountability for the delivery of the employee experience across the entire lifecycle
• Lead and deliver People & Culture projects as required
• Champion Sitecore culture - facilitate how our values are represented at work

What You Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 10 years progressive, related HRBP experience gained in a fast paced technology environment including partnering at c-suite (or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience supporting Product and/or Engineering functions
• People management experience
• Proven sophisticated partnering and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable high level knowledge of employment regulations
• Excellent coaching, facilitating and problem solving skills
