We’re hiring a Director of Business Development — Fitness & Men’s Wellbeing Partnerships to accelerate 2–3 year revenue growth by building scalable, product‑integrated partnerships that deepen member value and expand reach with strategic audiences.
Reporting to the VP of Human Performance in the Commercial org, you will drive meaningful revenue growth through a portfolio of partnerships including value-added distribution, product‑integrated, community, and member‑value partnerships - as well as enterprise sales.
Based in North America with 20–30% travel, you’ll lead deals end‑to‑end and orchestrate cross‑functional execution with product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
What you will do
- Source, structure, and close multi‑year partnerships that drive measurable revenue, retention, and LTV through product‑integrated partnerships and complementary distribution models.
- Build “better‑together” experiences with internal teams (consumer app movement/fitness, hardware, data science) that increase engagement and renewal, supported by clear attribution and payback guardrails.
- Stand up repeatable partner playbooks: pricing, SLAs, technical requirements, data/privacy standards, co‑marketing, and dashboards that instrument LTV and cohort health.
- Shape partnership strategies in Fitness and Men’s wellbeing across distribution, integrated experiences, selective communities/events, and a member program/marketplace—prioritizing opportunities with clear revenue paths.
- Orchestrate enterprise sales deals where the partnership is best served through a direct bulk-selling motion. You’ll scope, negotiate and close those sales and work closely to transition the day-to-day account management to the Human Performance Enterprise Solutions team post-close.
- Collaborate closely with Corp Dev and Corp Strategy teams on inorganic opportunities where they accelerate time‑to‑value, while remaining primarily accountable for partnership‑driven revenue.
What success looks like
- Net new revenue from partnerships and enterprise customers.
- Attributed member growth, increased attach/AOV, and on‑time partner launches.
- Sustained lifts in engagement, renewal, and LTV for integrated experiences.
We would love to have you on our team if you have
- In your 10+ years in industry you have delivered 8‑figure+ attributable revenue impact in your previous roles through end‑to‑end, product‑integrated partnerships.
- You’re a natural leader who marshals cross functional pods (without direct reports) to ship complex partnership launches on time.
- You have owned and consistently delivered on revenue targets within aggressive CAC/payback constraints.
- Experience in fitness, men’s audiences, and/ or a closely relevant domain (wearables, digital health, connected fitness etc.)
- Executive‑level communication, strong negotiation, and a data‑driven, operator-owner mindset.
- High integrity around privacy, security, and member trust.
- A passion to make health a daily practice for millions of people worldwide.
