About the Role:
As the Director of Field & Regional Marketing at Vercel, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will work closely with our Field Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and drive enterprise pipeline growth across these key markets. You must stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies—particularly in the cloud computing and developer tools space.
What You Will Do:
- Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of regional marketing managers, ensuring consistent execution and performance across all regions.
- Regional Marketing - Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with Vercel's global marketing vision and enterprise pipeline goals—across inbound, outbound and brand awareness—and are customized to industry and ecosystem trends happening.
- Regional Campaigns - Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to take developed integrated marketing campaigns and determine how we launch and customize per region—across digital ads, virtual events, hosted events, tradeshows, etc.
- Account Based Marketing - Lead the development of strategic, account-based marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue goals in major account segments. Leverage ABM tools and tactics to create and measure the success of ABM programs.
- GTM Collaboration - Drive a strong, collaborative approach working with sales, partnerships, and customer success leadership teams in the regions to align field marketing plans with sales and marketing goals.
- Brand Consistency - Collaborate with the global marketing and brand design team to ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning and creative across all regions.
- Budget Management - Effectively manage detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting as part of an integrated Demand Generation marketing budget and plan.
- Analysis - Track success criteria and performance metrics. Identify and align others on growth priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help deliver, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $192,000.00 - $288,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
