Job Summary
TransUnion offers a welcoming and energetic environment for its Summer Internship Program. Interns will develop skills learned in school, participate in career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers during a paid 12-week program. This role involves monthly reporting, financial planning, forecasting, and analysis of results, including managing P&L dashboards and reconciling financial statements. Interns will gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and contribute to financial system updates.
Must Have
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a graduation date of June 2028 or earlier
- Completion of accounting, finance, financial modeling, and/or business intelligence courses
- Strong familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to tell a compelling story with data, clearly communicate insights, and create impactful presentations using PowerPoint
Good to Have
- Strong analytical skills, at a summary and detailed level, as well as strong time management abilities.
- Ability to manage and ensure completion of a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Exposure to OnesStream Planning and/or PeopleSoft applications.

Our Summer Internship Program at TransUnion will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May 18, 2026 or June 15, 2026, depending on academic calendar.
What You'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:
- Monthly reporting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis of results, including managing P&L dashboards and providing detailed analysis regarding performance against prior year, budget and forecast
- Consolidation of quarterly financial statements for various locations and reconcile between local and US GAAP bases of accounting
- Reconciliation and review of quarterly balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Financial system updates and implementations for both existing and acquired business units
- Hands on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, OneStream, and Alteryx
The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual’s education and experience.
