Concentrix is seeking an E-commerce Customer Care Advisor to support one of the world's largest Beauty & Wellness brands. The role involves handling customer contacts via email, phone, and chat, providing outstanding support, and continuously improving satisfaction by professionally managing complaints. The advisor will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all products and processes to ensure high-level service delivery and achieve key performance metrics.
Must Have
- Handle customer contacts via email, phone, and chat
- Support and guide customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner
- Take ownership and be accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer
- Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers

In the role of E-commerce Customer Care Advisor you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers.

- Handling customer contacts via e-mail , phone and chat:
- Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;
- Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner,
- Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
- Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers
You are good fit for the role if you:
- Have fluent level of English language;
- Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
- Have excellent customer care skills;
- Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
