Job Description
- Completed training as an electrician or mechatronics technician.
- Good mechanical and/or electrical understanding of mechanical engineering systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- High degree of self-organization and independence.
- Good English skills in both written and spoken form.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Siemens Starter.
- Motivation for further training to become an automation technician.

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?
- Montage von Baugruppen und/oder Produkten nach Engineering-Zeichnungen
- Prüfung der Produkte anhand von Prüf-/ Checklisten
- Durchführung von Trouble Shooting Maßnahmen vor Ort und Bewertung der Resultate ggf. Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen. Ggf. Softwareergänzungen / -erweiterungen vor Ort in das Programm einpflegen
- Durchführung und partielle Planung nationaler und internationaler Serviceeinsätze und Reparaturen
- Erarbeitung und Ausführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen des eigenen Service Personals sowie spezifische Kundentrainings
- Unterstützung des First-Level-Supports, Ferndiagnose sowie Fehlerursachenanalyse
- Erstellung von Service Dokumentation (Einsatzbereichte, Stundenzettel etc.) und Durchführung von Montage Vor-und Nachbereitungen nach Prozessvorgabe
- Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in vor Ort beim Kunden
- Alle Arbeiten müssen in deutscher wie auch englischer Sprache ausgeführt werden können
- Weltweite Reisetätigkeit
Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister mit elektrischem Hintergrund.
- Gutes mechanisches und/oder elekrisches Verständnis von Maschinenbau-Systemen
- Motivation zur Weiterbildung zum Automatisierungstechniker nach ZVEI (betriebliche Weiterbildungsmaßnahme)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Siemens TIA Portal und Siemens Starter
- Gute Microsoft Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation und Selbstständigkeit erforderlich
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Große Bereitschaft weltweit herausfordernde Projekte flexibel zu betreuen
- Höhentauglichkeit ist erforderlich
- Führerschein Klasse B
