Electricity Methods Technician M/F

This role involves integrating into industrial vehicle manufacturing teams to industrialize new projects. The technician will convert study documentation into production documentation for electrical/electronic components, create synthetic assembly documents, write operating procedures, technical notes, and instruction sheets for production. They will also identify tooling needs, participate in prototype assembly, assist during production startup, validate processes on the assembly line, and maintain documentation.

Must Have

• Transform study documentation into production documentation for electrical/electronic components.
• Create synthetic documents to facilitate equipment and harness assembly.
• Write operating procedures, technical notes, and instruction sheets for production.
• Identify needs and write requests for tooling, conditioning, and preparation.
• Participate in prototype/pre-series assembly and assist during production startup.
• Validate the elaborated process on the assembly line and make corrections.
• Maintain documentation and catalogs.
• Industrial Engineering Technician background with electrical skills.
• First similar experience in operational methods, industrialization, or process.
• Technical expertise, rigor, and good interpersonal skills.

Job Description

As part of new projects concerning industrial vehicles, you will join the teams in charge of the industrialization of these vehicles within the factory.

• You transform study documentation into production documentation concerning electrical/electronic components, to make it usable by the manufacturing line: You set up synthetic documents facilitating the assembly of equipment and harnesses.
• You write operating ranges, technical notes and instruction sheets for production.
• You identify needs and write requests for tooling (assembly/handling/installations), conditioning, preparation.
• You participate in the assembly of prototypes / pre-series, you assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase.
• You validate the elaborated process (ranges, tools, work instructions, time, etc.) during application on the assembly line, with eventual correction in the flow.
• You fill in the documentation and catalogs.

Qualifications

With a background as an Industrial Engineering Technician with electrical skills, you have acquired a first similar experience in operational methods, industrialization, process.

Your technical expertise, combined with your rigor and interpersonal skills, will allow you to successfully complete this project.
