Job Description

Lead and develop online game tables according to company procedures. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the smooth operation of online gaming sessions, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires intermediate-level English proficiency, strong communication and team leadership skills, a high level of attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to responsibility and transparency. The position demands the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a schedule of six days on and two days off.
