Main challenge
As an ERP Product Manager, You’ll define and drive the evolution of our Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between HR and Finance and delivering solutions that create tangible business value.

- Process Optimization & Integration: Drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless integration between HR and Finance processes.
- Project & Operations Management: Lead Workday projects and enhancements, managing scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team and manage relationships with Workday and external partners.
- Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align initiatives, communicate progress, and lead change management efforts.

You will assist our Director of Corporate Systems Department and work together with internal teams and external partners.
