Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, established in 2015. They support local SMEs through various programs for quick and strategic development. Ninja Xpress offers flexible services, an easy-to-use system with real-time tracking, and professional customer service. Their commitment to SMEs is shown through reward programs like Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans to aid business growth. The role involves prospecting and growing clients in the social commerce market, cold calling, arranging sales meetings, tracking prospects, identifying decision-makers and client needs, and managing key accounts. The executive will also monitor client relationships, contribute to market assessment, prepare reports, and work closely with management and other departments.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years experience in Sales/Business Development/Acquisition
  • Experience in logistic/last mile industry preferred
  • Critical and fast thinking for SME clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition
  • Skilled in Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office
  • Service Orientation

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
  • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Managing key clients accounts
  • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
  • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
  • Located in Salatiga, Central Java
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably  experience logistic/last mile industry
  • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude 
  • Able to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
